About the Role

This senior role involves leading end-to-end development of large, cross-functional propositions including new and significant changes.

Key responsibilities include working with the strategy team to develop and deliver end-to-end development briefs, collaborating with the CX & Design team on design sprints and viability assessments, drafting business cases, and providing coaching to squads on proposition development.

Apart from these key tasks, the successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting commercial viability assessments, building investment cases for initiatives, and managing stakeholders effectively.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in proposition design and development or product and portfolio management.

You should possess a strong customer focus, the ability to integrate customer insights into every stage of the proposition design and testing process, and effective storytelling skills.

Additionally, you should be able to challenge teams to see the customer-centric vision, have experience in the Health/Finance sector (desirable), and possess a background as a UX Designer or Product Manager looking to develop your career.
