Key Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in asset management and maintenance strategy development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in asset management within the civil industry – rail, roads, transport/mobile plant equipment.
  • Proven track record in maintenance strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with WH&S legislation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers.
