We are seeking an experienced and skilled Gardener Team Leader to join our team.

This is a full-time position where you will lead a team of gardeners across various sites, including aged care facilities, commercial properties, and residential gardens.

About The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard, on time, and efficiently. This includes hands-on work while also overseeing the job to ensure quality and reliability.

What You'll Bring
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a senior gardening role, preferably in a team leader position.
  • TAFE Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent.
  • Proven skills in all aspects of garden maintenance, including mowing, hedging, pruning, planting, weeding, irrigation, pest & disease control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate a team.
  • A current driver's licence (manual preferred).
  • A commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship.
Requirements
  • A satisfactory Police Check and Working With Children Check.
  • Up-to-date flu and COVID vaccinations (including booster).
