About the Role

This position is dedicated to supporting Aboriginal women and their children affected by family violence. The role involves delivering comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs through our Family Violence Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culturally sensitive and trauma-informed support to clients impacted by family violence
  • Develop and implement safety and care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Build partnerships with service providers and contribute to regional networks addressing family violence
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent qualification, with significant lived experience relevant to the work
  • Valid Police Check, Working with Children's Check for a paid employee, and a Victorian Driver Licence
  • Current COVID-19 vaccination (Recommended)
