Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining the seamless operation of our establishment. Strategically located at the intersection of Chatswood and Magellan Roads, we offer a diverse range of amenities including a bistro menu, sports bar, and live entertainment.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in hospitality management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the publican to maintain an exceptionally high level of service excellence
- Leading a team of staff to achieve ambitious sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Managing day-to-day operations, encompassing inventory control and staff scheduling
The successful applicant will be required to hold current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications as per state regulations and be willing to work a varied schedule.
