Role Overview

This role involves managing a portfolio with a strong focus on tax and business services. You will be the key contact for your clients and will be supported by a team of accountants, a strong offshore team for compliance, and client service coordinators for admin.

  • Manage client relationships across tax and business services.
  • Review compliance work prepared by offshore staff.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Oversee workflow and key deadlines.
  • Provide strategic tax and advice to help clients grow.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio with a strong focus on tax and business services.
  • Be the key contact for clients and work closely with a team of accountants, offshore staff for compliance, and client service coordinators.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client relationships and drive growth.
  • Lead a team of accountants and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • CA or CPA qualified.
  • Australian public practice accounting experience.
  • Professional, confident, and driven personality.
  • Ability to thrive in a flexible and collaborative environment.
