Job Title:

  • Practice Management Position

About the Role:

  1. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our practice operations in Southwest and Western Sydney.
  2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, management, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective systems, processes, and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
  2. Ensure compliance with current legislation and regulatory obligations.
  3. Foster a culture of safety, respect, and quality throughout the practice.
  4. Supervise and lead team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  5. Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and departing processes for team members.
  6. Train administrators and provide support in their roles.
  7. Attend regular team meetings and document accurately.
  8. Address team concerns and develop strategies for resolution.
  9. Forecast and create schedules for team members.
  10. Liaise with external parties when necessary.
  11. Organize policies and registrations for team members.
  12. Assist with new site setup and implementation.
  13. Provide executive support to management and directors.
  14. Travel to different practice locations as required.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in leadership and management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  2. Qualification in business administration or related field is highly regarded.
  3. Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change.
  4. Commitment to exceptional customer service and patient care.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  6. Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  7. Coachable and open to feedback.
  8. Valid police check and working with children check.
  9. Current driver's license and own vehicle.
  10. Cultural awareness and foreign language capabilities an advantage.
