">Job Description:

The Academic Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operational and quality aspects of our delivery, ensuring that training and assessment processes are efficient, compliant, and consistently applied across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline academic processes, workflows, and quality checks, promoting compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage contract assessor allocations, service level agreements, and maintenance of assessor qualifications and approvals.
  • Monitor assessment outcomes, student feedback, and trends to identify and address potential issues.
  • Lead validation and pre-validation activities to ensure robust assessment practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close process gaps and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement and embed operational changes effectively.

About You:

  • Strong background in operational or academic management within vocational education.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements.
