Lead and Oversee Exceptional Care

In this pivotal leadership role, you will direct a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional care and support services to older Australians. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality resident-focused care, ensuring compliance with organisational goals and aged care standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care Delivery: Ensure the provision of high-quality care that meets the needs of residents and complies with relevant standards
  • Facility Promotion: Promote the facility to potential residents and their families with warmth and professionalism
  • Quality Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through audits, quality systems, and accreditation readiness
  • Financial Management: Manage financial performance to meet approved objectives
  • Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to multidisciplinary staff
Requirements
  • Nursing Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing (Registered Nurse)
  • AHPRA Registration: Current AHPRA registration
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in residential aged care, with a proven track record of leadership and people management
  • Aged Care Knowledge: Sound knowledge of aged care legislative frameworks, funding, and accreditation standards
  • Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills in line with current best practice
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
