About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and confident leader to manage a 100 bed facility located 30 minutes north of Perth's CBD. This is a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of residents and their families, while also driving financial targets and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage costs and drive funding to achieve financial targets
  • Lead the facility to maintain compliance with governing legislation
  • Implement quality improvement activities to exceed resident expectations
  • Develop genuine relationships with residents and their families to provide an exceptional customer experience

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in facility management within residential aged care
  • Knowledge of aged care legislation and the ability to lead facilities through successful accreditations
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills
