Ventia’s Infrastructure Services team requires a procurement expert to deliver efficient solutions.

  • \
  • Execute end-to-end procurement activities, including planning, supplier engagement, RFx management, and contract execution.\
  • Prepare RFx documentation, chair evaluation panels, and produce purchasing recommendations.\
  • Provide supplier training and guidance, manage award communications, and deliver feedback to unsuccessful bidders.\
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to produce purchasing documentation (e.g., Master Services Agreements, Purchase Orders).\
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations while promoting a safety-first culture.\
  • Maintain procurement-related information systems and ensure accurate reporting.\
  • Contribute to team-based initiatives, support continuous improvement, and uphold ethical standards in all procurement activities.\
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or CIPS certification (or equivalent experience).\
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement or sourcing within relevant industries such as facility management, construction, government, or utilities.\
  • Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, process compliance, and financial principles to evaluate proposals.\
  • Proficiency in e-procurement tools and MS Office suite.\
