About the Role

As a Senior Underwriter, you will be responsible for underwriting assessments within your personal authority levels, maintaining individual service level, productivity, and quality targets. You will also approve referrals within authority levels, communicate effectively with advisers, and promote a culture of extracting quality information from advisers, clients, or any third party via tele-collection of information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop Underwriting practices and processes, reduce requirement requests (e.g. PMAR) and cancellations rates, and meet end-to-end cycle time targets and tele-underwriting excellence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with reinsurers to gain industry knowledge on best practice underwriting capabilities
