Our Cafe seeks a skilled leader to motivate and guide the team in Brisbane City. This role is perfect for someone who can increase sales of both Coffee and Food products.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food preparation and presentation.

We are looking for an individual with the ability to work well under pressure to maintain high standards of product quality and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the cafe team to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
  • Prepare and present food to a high standard
  • Manage cafe operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Barista (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service (preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in food handling (preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in cafe management (preferred)

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday position
  • 6am start and 2-2.30PM close
  • No weekends or public holidays
