Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Case Practice Support Worker.

As a Case Practice Support Worker, you will be working in community-based settings, providing case support tasks for clients within the Supervised Contact & Transport, Child Protection program.

You will be responsible for supervising access visits between children and their families where there are safety or risk issues present, transporting children to services and providing in-home support to families.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to effectively engage with families and provide them with optimum capacity for change.

It is essential that you have a commitment to working with children, young people, and families and are able to continually improve your skills and knowledge to further develop your professional practice.
