Key Financial Position

This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across our financial operations and reporting. As a Finance Analyst, you will have the ability to influence key business decisions with your insights, streamline processes, and directly contribute to the success of our financial performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial reporting and analysis, providing insightful commentary on monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics.
  • Support internal performance cycles, including monthly finance reviews, forecast submissions, MBR/QBR analysis, IBP inputs, and annual Country Plan process optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial guidance and support.
  • Manage T&E reporting, budgeting, analysis, and tracking to accurately forecast financial outcomes.
  • Support and development of price promotional forecasting and analysis.
  • Monthly responsibility for indirect P&L reporting and variance analysis.
  • Support analysis on COGs, investigating variances, and driving improvements in reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Responsibility for reporting and management of On Premise contract process and Field Sales Short Term Incentive program administration.
  • Support budgeting and evaluation of A&P spend and activities, including MRM process enhancements.
  • Manage internal product & pricing system updates, identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting the upskilling of the Commercial team to self-service capabilities.
  • Manage financial systems and ensure the integrity of financial data, supporting process improvements and automating reporting functions.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for business cases, cost-benefit evaluations, and financial scenario planning.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and experience with financial systems (ERP software such as SAP or Oracle is beneficial).
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in financial data management.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive results.
