We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to strategic decision-making by analysing financial data and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse financial performance across various brands, offices, and jurisdictions to identify revenue growth opportunities and profitability enhancements.
  • Develop and present management reports and dashboards to drive financial efficiency and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and provide informed financial analysis.
Budget and Forecasting
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop operating budgets and monitor budget performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Utilise historical data and market trends to create accurate financial forecasts, refining methodologies as needed.
  • Support the development of financial models for scenario planning and strategic decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field, with CPA/CA qualification preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, with experience in Power BI advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with Mandarin fluency desirable.
  • Proven track record of working effectively independently and collaboratively within a team.
