Job Description

Director of Curriculum, Data and Pedagogy

This is a pivotal role that focuses on using data-driven insights to enhance teaching practices, supporting staff development through instructional leadership, and promoting collaboration across faculties. The Director will work closely with the Principal and Deputy Principals to ensure the continuous improvement of teaching and learning outcomes while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Planning and Analysis: Lead the analysis and utilisation of data to drive curriculum planning and improve student outcomes.
  • Instructional Leadership: Foster professional growth through instructional leadership and building Professional Learning Teams (PLTs).
  • Curriculum Delivery: Ensure the delivery of contemporary and innovative curriculum across all learning areas.
  • Assessment Design: Oversee the design and implementation of formative and summative assessments.
  • Staff Support: Support staff in aligning their teaching practices with AITSL standards and evidence-based pedagogical methods.
  • Culture and Collaboration: Promote a collaborative culture within the College, enabling staff to share skills, knowledge, and ideas.
