Job Overview

The Manager Allied Health, Palliative and Aged Care is responsible for operational management, clinical governance and leadership in planning, developing and implementing Allied Health, Palliative Care and Aged Care services within the healthcare sector.

This role will provide high-level operational support and leadership in developing and delivering services that aim to maximise health outcomes through accessible, equitable, efficient and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop and implement Allied Health, Palliative Care and Aged Care services within the healthcare sector.
  • Provide operational management, clinical governance and leadership in planning and implementing services.
  • Develop and deliver services that aim to maximise health outcomes through accessible, equitable, efficient and evidence-based practices.

For this role, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with strong leadership and management skills, who can effectively plan, develop and implement Allied Health, Palliative Care and Aged Care services.

Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, allied health).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior management or leadership role within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of Allied Health, Palliative Care and Aged Care principles and practices.
