Job Title: Housing/Tenancy Manager

About the Role:

As a Housing/Tenancy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing tenancy services, leading housing operations, and ensuring the delivery of safe, sustainable, and compliant housing for tenants.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead tenancy management functions, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational policies.
    • Oversee rent and arrears management, allocations, inspections, and dispute resolution.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to housing officers and tenancy staff.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships with tenants, contractors, community partners, and government agencies.
    • Monitor portfolio performance and provide reporting on tenancy trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Drive service improvements and contribute to organisational housing strategies.
