Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to fill the role of Transport Allocator. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless shipment fulfillment, managing bookings, and updating our systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to make a real impact in the logistics industry. You will have the chance to work closely with our Operations and Business Development teams, developing your skills and expertise in transportation management.

Responsibilities
  • Find capacity and book shipments with carriers
  • Allocate incoming shipments to carriers
  • Update internal systems for upcoming bookings
  • Manage issues in freight shipments
Requirements
  • Previous transport allocation experience in logistics is required
  • A network of interstate line-haul carriers would be advantageous
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and talking with customers on the phone
