We want to engage and empower our diverse, global team to co-create value with our customers through our solutions in contract logistics and air, ocean, ground, and finished vehicle transport.

YOUR ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Key Account Coordinator to join our Ground & Rail team, supporting one of CEVA's flagship luxury and retail customers. Based on-site and reporting to the State Transport Manager – NSW, you'll be the central coordination point for store deliveries, customer queries, reverse logistics and KPI reporting across metro and regional transport movements.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate daily deliveries and subcontractor scheduling for a dedicated customer contract
  • Manage delivery milestones and event tracking to ensure carton- and PO-level visibility
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for store operations and customer supply chain teams
  • Liaise with warehouses and cross-dock teams to support reverse logistics
  • Monitor and maintain system data accuracy, supporting DIFOT and emissions reporting
  • Investigate service issues and contribute to performance improvement plans
  • Validate invoicing accuracy and support billing coordination with internal finance teams
  • Support customer business reviews and future-state planning as the contract grows.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience managing fast-paced transport coordination across high-volume retail networks. You will also bring:

  • Certificate or vocational qualification in logistics, or equivalent experience
  • Solid experience in domestic transport coordination
  • Experience working with subcontracted or third-party transport providers
  • Proficiency in Transport Management Systems and Excel; QlikSense or Power BI (desirable)
  • Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and delivery performance metrics
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across drivers, stores, and internal teams
  • A willingness to work flexibly, including early starts, to support customer and operational requirements.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

In addition to a challenging and rewarding work environment and competitive compensation, we are proud to offer a range of employee benefits designed to support your wellbeing, and help you thrive at work and in life.

  • Personal wellbeing: prioritise your health and wellbeing through the CEVAwell program, Employee Assistance Program, Volunteer Time Off, and Life & Total Permanent Disability Insurance.
  • Work-life balance: benefit from flexible, hybrid, and remote work options, along with additional paid parental leave for primary carers.
  • Professional development: your growth is essential to us. Unlock your potential through secondment and internal mobility opportunities, study assistance, leadership and mentoring programs, the CMA CGM Learning Academy, early career pathways and more.
  • Financial wellbeing: We care about your financial security. Enjoy exclusive offers and discounts from our partners, novated leasing, annual safety workwear reimbursement, employee referral incentives, service recognition and short-term incentive plans.
