EF International Language Campuses in Brisbane is seeking an energetic and organized individual to join our team as a Student Services Manager. This pivotal role is based at the front desk of our school, serving as the first and main point of contact for our EF Sales Offices, students, and suppliers alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with EF Sales Offices globally, handling student bookings and admin processing.
  • Review and confirm bookings in our CRM system, preparing student visa documents.
  • Play an active role in student welfare, following up on concerns and enquiries.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to students and visitors.
  • General support for the rest of the school team, particularly the activities team and their events.
Requirements
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
