Senior Estimator Job Description

The Senior Estimator will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of challenging projects across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on tenders and coordinate internal and external resources to drive project outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit tenders, evaluate and review tender and estimating processes for cost effectiveness.
  • Negotiate tenders, coordinate tender handover to project teams, and prepare budgets based on tender submissions.
  • Assess and price contract variation orders, liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Our client is a well-established national civil contractor providing services across building construction, industrial, mining, and resources, transport infrastructure, environmental sectors.

Candidates must possess strong communication skills, experience in civil construction projects with a project value of $5m to $20m+, and a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
