Project Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to join our team in Australia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project management: Ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Team coordination: Maintain alignment through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Risk identification and mitigation: Proactively identify and report project risks, implementing approved strategies as required.
  • Cost estimation: Support the development of cost estimates for new opportunities by contributing to cost models and documentation.
  • Client relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, participating in regular project reviews and reporting cycles.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Engineering degree or extensive site-based supervisory experience delivering complex projects.
  • Experience: Over 10 years' experience in heavy industry, specialising in rotating plant and high-value project delivery.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills with a solid grasp of contract terms.
  • Project management: Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $2M, including cost control, reporting, and scope management.
  • Estimating and tendering: Experienced in leading estimating, tendering, and contract development processes.
