Project Coordinator

This hands-on role will have you supporting workshop operations, partnering with sales teams, and acting as a liaison between clients and workshop teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting workshop operations and ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Partnering with sales team to achieve financial targets.
  • Acting as the key link between clients and workshop teams.
  • Monitoring workshop activities and reporting outcomes back to customers.
  • Preparing technical reports, calculations, and design solutions.
  • Coordinating reverse engineering and liaising with engineering teams.
  • Managing estimation processes and liaising with vendors on technical matters.
Your Skills:
  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in contracts, estimation, and tenders.
  • Proven ability in technical report writing.
  • Experience in cost control, strategy, or project management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.
