Be part of one of Australia's largest workplace injury prevention provider Konekt is seeking a leader who will be responsible for lead the strategic development and expansion of high-value corporate relationships across Australia identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth through innovative collaboration models.
The role: National Manager - Partnerships and Growth will be responsible for: Drive revenue growth by strategically identifying and securing high-value target accounts and leveraging direct engagement and customer platforms to unlock and lead profitable sales opportunities.
Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the Konekt brand effectively Oversee the formulation and execution of sales strategies to broaden the range of products procured by existing clients.
Manage a sales pipeline to constantly be generating new leads and business sources.
Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients.
Strategic targeting and acquisition of major accounts Partner with Customer Solutions and marketing to explore new product development or pilot opportunities Writing and reviewing strategic customer tenders and proposals Utilize trend analysis to identify strategic initiatives for portfolio growth.
