Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our investigation team in delivering high-quality investigations that meet industry best practice standards.

The successful candidate will oversee and manage investigations into complaints of inappropriate workplace behaviour, develop and implement investigative processes, practices, and frameworks, coach and mentor team members, provide guidance and advice on misconduct matters, and work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to develop and implement our strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct investigation teams to ensure timely and person-centred investigations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex and sensitive issues
Requirements:
  • Degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field
  • Significant experience in management, leadership, and resolution of misconduct matters
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
