Key Responsibilities:

- Guide and train the sales team to optimize their performance and productivity.
- Analyze market dynamics, customer inclinations, and competitor actions to uncover potential opportunities.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with both prospective and existing clientele.
- Oversee vehicle inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Guarantee adherence to brand standards and marketing protocols.

In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary plus superannuation, a company vehicle, and performance incentives. Proven achievers can anticipate an on-target earnings potential of approximately $150,000 per annum.
