Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Park Manager to join our team at NRMA Airlie Beach Holiday Park. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Park Manager in the day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Park Manager in the management of park operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and maintenance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve park operations, including process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Park Manager to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure that all park facilities and services are maintained to the highest standards, including food and beverage, guest services, and interpretative activities.
Requirements
  • Relevant hotel/resort/park/tourism experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
