Role Overview

A highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager is required to lead an already successful team and drive business growth in a stunning coastal location.

This role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet customer satisfaction and sales performance targets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to nurture and mentor staff, and a proven track record in automotive sales management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and provide training and guidance to the sales team to maximize their performance.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Manage vehicle inventory and ensure optimal stock levels are met.
  • Ensure brand compliance with guidelines and marketing standards.
  • Analyse sales data, market feedback, and customer surveys to identify areas for improvement.

What We Offer

A competitive salary, comprising of retainer + super, a maintained drive car, and incentives. Proven performers can expect an OTE around $150,000pa.
