Job Opportunity

This role provides an opportunity to work closely with managers to provide strategic and operational advice on human resource matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support on the interpretation and application of terms and conditions of employment.
  • Manage human resource cases, including discipline, complaints, appeals, rehabilitation, and injury management programs.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including developing and updating role descriptions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on human resource management topics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders.
