About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Channel Partner Specialist to join our team at Telstra. As a key member of our Business Technology Centres, you'll play a critical role in developing deep customer relationships and managing a portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of managing customer relationships to drive satisfaction and achieve revenue objectives.
  • Manage sales and service contracts, exploring opportunities and escalating issues to ensure timely remediation.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to identify and qualify leads.
  • Develop and maintain account plans to support relationship development and achieve financial targets.
  • Meet individual and team sales and performance KPIs.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven sales experience in fast-paced SAAS and Technology industries.
  • High levels of Business-to-Business Management and Telco Sales experience.
  • Advanced reporting skills and a keen interest in ICT and future technology landscapes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license for possible external client meetings.
