About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Midwife in a Maternity Services Clinical Leadership role. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and are seeking a highly motivated Midwife to lead our team.

This is a fixed term part time opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, where you will have the chance to develop your clinical skills and leadership abilities.

We are looking for a Midwife who is passionate about delivering high quality patient care, has excellent communication skills and is able to work effectively in a team.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work in a diverse and ever-changing environment, and to contribute to the development of our Maternity Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical excellence and high quality patient care
  • Lead and manage a team of Midwives
  • Develop and implement clinical standards and policies
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development of our Maternity Services

Requirements:

  • Registered Midwife with AHPRA
  • Effective leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a diverse and ever-changing environment
