About the Role
Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Subacute team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant multidisciplinary environment, providing high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person and family-centered care to patients in the Subacute unit.
- Work collaboratively with allied health and medical staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to a quality and risk framework that ensures the highest standards of care.
- Describe and demonstrate evidence-based practice in your daily work.
- Meet the requirements of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold current registration as a Registered Nurse.
