About Albury Wodonga Health

We are a leading regional healthcare provider serving the North-East Victoria and Southern NSW region, with a diverse range of services including emergency, surgical, women's and children's health, community, mental health, allied health, and sub-acute care.

As a permanent part-time Associate Nurse Unit Manager in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leadership within our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
  • Leading and managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Nursing or related field
  • Postgraduate certificate in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in Emergency Nursing
  • Leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: Approximately $105,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
