Return to Work Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

  • About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective return-to-work strategies for clients with psychological injuries.

  • Provide expert clinical services to support clients' recovery and reintegration into the workforce.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate workplace risks.

  • Liaise with insurance providers and employers to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Professional Registration: Current registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or AASW.
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in a field such as psychology, social work, or occupational therapy.
  • Skills and Experience: Proven expertise in return-to-work strategies, case management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Additional Requirements: Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
