Professional Return to Work Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional in return to work management. This role is responsible for managing and leading a team of allied health professionals to ensure the successful outcome of customers returning to work.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of allied health professionals, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to support customers returning to work.
- Continually review customer needs and develop innovative programs to meet their individual requirements.
- Manage business operations, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Analyse feedback from customers and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
About you:
- A degree in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology, exercise physiology, nursing or rehabilitation counselling.
- Full membership with your relevant professional body.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in return to work management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a budget and drive business growth.
