We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Return to Work Specialist. This role will be based in our Perth office and involves managing the return-to-work process for injured workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the return-to-work process for injured workers, including triaging and lodging new claims.
  • Develop comprehensive return to work plans tailored to the needs of injured workers, ensuring compliance with employer obligations and best practices.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and insurers, to provide updates, gather information, and address concerns throughout the return-to-work process.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of claims to assess progress and recommend actions to facilitate recovery and return-to-work.
  • Administer injury management software, generate reports, and maintain accurate documentation to support effective injury management practices.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in allied health or a related field.
  • Experience in claims management functions at an insurer or employer.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
