We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Haemostasis laboratory section. As a Senior Scientist, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including coordination of staff activities, workforce planning, rostering, and recruitment of non-medical personnel.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or higher degree in Science or Medical Laboratory Science, with recent and relevant Haemostasis and Special Haemostasis testing experience. Proficient in laboratory information systems, the successful applicant will ensure efficient test processing, accurate data management, and timely reporting within a digital workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and maintain Haemostasis laboratory instrumentation and methodologies
  • Oversee timely and accurate result reporting and provide expert advice on complex or unusual test requests
  • Establish and monitor quality control and quality assurance systems, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Science or Medical Laboratory Science
  • Recent and relevant Haemostasis and Special Haemostasis testing experience
  • Proficient in laboratory information systems
