Lead Educator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated educator to join our team as a Lead Educator.

This role is an excellent opportunity for experienced educators who want to advance their career and take on new challenges in early childhood education.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative and engaging learning programs that align with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation of children's learning and development.
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum framework.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in long day-care settings.
  • Sound knowledge and practical application of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • A current Working with Children's Check (QLD Paid Blue Card).
  • A passion for working with children aged 0-12 months.
