We are seeking a highly valued account manager who will play a crucial role in the relationship management of partner accounts in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Search, identify, and reach out to potential target partners in the region.
  • Conduct business presentations, arrange demos, and organize top-to-top meetings to ensure efficient new partner acquisition.
  • Supervise the onboarding and enablement process for partners.
Partner Development
  • Build strong relationships across various roles within partner organizations; serve as a trusted advisor to support partnership growth.
  • Create a business plan with each partner, including co-marketing, sales, and pre-sales activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners through quarterly business reviews and regular check-in calls.
  • Collaborate on joint sales approaches between partners and the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in software/SaaS B2B environment, with successful client and partner management experience.
  • Strong understanding of key industry trends and dynamics, with ability to identify high-revenue potential partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
