We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in a busy shopping strip in Doreen. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily tasks.
As a friendly and outgoing receptionist, your day will be filled with a variety of responsibilities including greeting clients, overseeing the reception area, and providing assistance to the team as needed.
Your duties will vary but may include:
- Managing phone calls and emails
- Preparing documents and reports
- Assisting with general administration tasks
- Providing excellent customer service skills and presentation
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills and presentation
- Excellent phone manner
- Good time management and communications skills
- Eye for detail and strong organizational skills
- Solid written and verbal communication ability
- A sense of humor and excellent work ethic
- Confident user of technology
- Reception experience (preferably in Real Estate)
- Agent's Representative Certificate or prepared to undertake its completion

Our part-time hours are 28-38 per week, Monday to Friday.
