Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in a busy shopping strip in Doreen. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily tasks.

As a friendly and outgoing receptionist, your day will be filled with a variety of responsibilities including greeting clients, overseeing the reception area, and providing assistance to the team as needed.

Your duties will vary but may include:

  • Managing phone calls and emails
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Assisting with general administration tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service skills and presentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and presentation
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Good time management and communications skills
  • Eye for detail and strong organizational skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication ability
  • A sense of humor and excellent work ethic
  • Confident user of technology
  • Reception experience (preferably in Real Estate)
  • Agent's Representative Certificate or prepared to undertake its completion
