Hotel Management Position

We are seeking an experienced hotel manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our establishment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and manage accommodation services including reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities.
  2. Organize and supervise food and beverage functions including restaurant and bar.
  3. Manage events and conference functions to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Maintain venue safety, garden, and property.
  5. Evaluate customer satisfaction and make adjustments accordingly.
  6. Supervise stock purchasing activities to meet operational needs.
  7. Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial processes.
  8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other laws.
  9. Assist guests with local tourism information and arrange tours and transportation.
  10. Train and manage hotel staff.
Requirements
  • A degree in hospitality or hotel management.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Well-presented, positive attitude, professional, and enthusiastic.
  • Reliable, strong work ethic, and ability to work nights and/or weekends.
