About This Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to lead the development and management of our Customer Success strategy across the Payments Domain. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Customer Success strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a payments or financial services company.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
