About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Key Account Executive.We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to support the National Business Manager in managing and growing key customer accounts within relevant sales channels.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in business development, account planning, sales analysis, and building relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
2. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
3. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
4. Analyse account performance and provide regular reports on sales trends and key metrics.
5. Develop sales presentations and data analysis to aid decision-making.
6. Gather and organise relevant sales data for forecasting and planning purposes.
7. Coordinate promotional activities with the marketing team.
8. Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.

Requirements:We are looking for a candidate with:• 3+ years of experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in FMCG.• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).• Strong communication and organisational skills.• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
