
Sales Dealer Network Analyst

About the Role- Provide insightful analysis on dealer sales performance, trends, and market opportunities.
- Support regional sales strategy, business planning, and dealer network development.
- Partner with dealer stakeholders to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver accurate reporting, forecasts, and recommendations.
- Assist with sales campaigns, product launches, and network initiatives.
We're seeking a candidate with:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Legal (para-legal) or related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Intermediate/Advanced MS office and data analysis skills; experience with BI/reporting tools desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of dealer, automotive or franchise networks preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain sales reports, trend analyses, and forecasting models to support dealer network operations.
- Dealer Partnership: Foster strong relationships with dealerships, providing valuable insights and strategic guidance to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with regional sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives and grow dealer network revenue.
- Operational Excellence: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize sales performance and customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of dealer, automotive, or franchise networks is preferred.
