**Job Opportunity: Centralised Fulfilment Centre Administrator**

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key leadership role at our Customer Fulfilment Centre in Moorebank, Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage time and attendance activities within the centre, including accurate data entry into the payroll system.
  • Collaborate with leaders to meet continuous improvement initiatives and minimise costs.
  • Support the Site Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Reconcile invoices from third-party agencies for accuracy and ensure alignment with the time and attendance system.
  • Raise warehouse purchase orders and compare packaging costs as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Logistics, Distribution Centre or Warehouse operations or similar field.
  • Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate teamwork.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
