Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated clinician to join our national team of mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality clinical services.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans to address challenging behaviors and improve skills.
  • Design and implement positive behavior support plans to enhance clients' quality of life and independence.
  • Provide assessments and interventions across the lifespan, catering to diverse client needs and presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • NDIS registration as a behaviour practitioner or ability to register within a specified timeframe.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA), Teaching, Social Work, Social Sciences, Criminology, Childhood Education & Care, Health Science, Allied Health, or Nursing.

Work Arrangements

  • Flexibility to work from home or allocate clients based on geographical proximity.
  • Ability to manage own calendar and work schedule.
