Job Title: Operations Manager - Water Resource Recovery
This is a key role in the safe operation and maintenance of water resource recovery assets.
We are seeking a hands-on and practical problem solver with an interest in working in the water industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Operating the plants in all conditions, in alignment with Water Resource Recovery frameworks including health and safety requirements, quality and information management protocols, incident response and business continuity frameworks.
  • Undertaking daily plant performance monitoring and adjust process control parameters.
  • Contributing to the prioritisation of maintenance and renewals to inform weekly scheduling, monthly forecasting and medium to long term planning.

Requirements:
  • Trade qualifications (electrician / instrumentation specialist or mechanical) or qualifications in engineering / science or equivalent experience.
  • Current driver's license and your own vehicle with flexibility to travel across various locations within your hub.
  • Experience in production or manufacturing within Water / Wastewater industry is highly advantageous.
  • Computer skills, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable learning customised software packages.
