Cloud Platform Support Specialist

Job Summary:

  • This is a technical support role responsible for providing high-quality assistance to customers using our cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Tasks:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and community forums in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage support cases, investigate problems, and provide solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud Reporting Portal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expedite issue resolution and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications as necessary to reproduce or analyze customer environments or problems.
  • Research and investigate product defects using logs, traces, and other tools.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge documents, how-to guides, and community content to support technology implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of technical support experience with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Excellent analytic, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under own initiative – self-motivated.
  • Experience with cloud platform technologies (AWS, Azure, Google), database administration, operating systems management, programming languages, and BI/ETL technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data governance fundamentals and concepts.
  • Understanding of data warehousing fundamentals and concepts.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) to communicate comfortably with global customers.
